I am an avid lover of all things outdoors including hiking, walking, swimming and cycling on the island of Hawaii. In the over 10 years of being a resident of Kailua Kona my family and I have participated in the Kona Jingle Bell Runs, Peaman, Lavaman and the Honu 1/2 Ironman. Myself, my husband and other members of my extended family are blessed to be able to commute to work via walking or cycling and value safety for everyone on our busy streets. In 2025 I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve the people and residents of the island of Hawaii with mental health support. I am currently the West Hawai’i Representative for the National Association of Social Workers and volunteer every year with Hospice of Kona for their Camp Erin Keiki Grief Camp. I joyfully believe that moving our bodies and being outdoors is beneficial for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Hope to see you practicing self-care on a bike ride or walk soon!
